Family Nutrition Program
The Family Nutrition Program offers free nutrition programs to teach limited-resource youth in grades K-12 how to make healthier food choices and to be more physically active. With all the programs we offer there are free food tastings to reiterate the lesson on healthy eating and hands on cooking demonstrations for the older youth. Our program will also enhance our young youth to develop and understand the important of why nutrition is so important into our daily lifestyle and physical well-being.
