To sign up to get vaccinated at the Gretna Community Vaccination Center all you have to do is call 434-432-3582 and leave a message with your name and phone number. When you receive a callback to schedule an appointment you will need to provide the following information:

As of April 5, the Pittsylvania-Danville Health District entered phase 2 of vaccine eligibility requirements. This means that anyone over the age of 18 can register and receive a vaccine.
To register for a COVID-19 vaccination at the Gretna Community Vaccination Center, simply call 434-432-3582 and leave a message with your name and phone number and someone will call you back to schedule an appointment. The Gretna Community Vaccination Clinic will be using an independent registration and scheduling process, separate from the state's registration portals at vaccinate.virginia.gov and 1-877-VAX-IN-VA. You may also use the online signup links posted at the top of our COVID-19 vaccine clinic page. These links change frequently based on the upcoming clinics and the availability of appointments.
If you left a voicemail with your name and number then you should just wait until you are contacted by local Health Department representatives. They will call you back to get additional information and schedule an appointment for you. You may also sign yourself up for one of the clinics online.
The Gretna Community Vaccination Clinic will be using an independent registration and scheduling process, separate from the state's registration portals at Vaccinate.Virginia.gov and 1-877-VAX-IN-VA. No action is needed for those who previously registered through the Vaccinate.Virginia portal but are able to be vaccinated in Gretna. After several weeks with the single dose Johnson & Johnson, supply issues and the investigation of a few instances of a rare possible side effect have led to a pause in the administration of Johnson & Johnson across Virginia and much of the country. For the forseeable future, the Gretna Community Vaccination Clinic will be administering the Moderna vaccine, which requires two doses approximately 28 days apart.
